Cancellation and Returns

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel: not applicable.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please contact support or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Refund & Retrieval Terms and Tenure

  • Refunds are only initiated when an email from the registered email address is sent to [email protected]
  • The time taken to transfer the refund amount is mandated to be within 14 days of cancellation i.e.within a time frame of 14 days.
  • In any case of security deposit refunds, the refund shall only be transferred after the jars are collected & checked for damages.
          The refund shall only be given for the quantity of jars returned/picked.
  • Coupons are non-refundable entities/goods unless the situation regulates a deviation.
  • The Refund will only be transferred by means of Bank Transfer regardless of how the amount was initially paid.
  • The Refund commences only after the purchased product is received and checked for damages.
  • Accessories will only be deemed eligible for refund if it is either confirmed to be faulty,different or used and within 3 days of purchase.
  • Kindly confirm whether the product has warranty before purchasing. Maximum period to claim warranty for an accessory is 4 days.
  • Jars purchased more than 6 months ago are not eligible for refunds. However the jars can be picked from location if requested by client.
  • Faulty goods

    If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights

    Changes to these terms

    We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
